I am writing my fourth book on meetings. This one is titled Revolutionise Your Meetings and will be published by Balboa Press.
It tackles the three core issues which people complain about all the time -= 1) too many meetings, 2) meetings that are too long, and 3) meetings that are unproductive.
I have plenty of content but I’m interested to know what people in the world of work think I should include in my new book. I’d be interested in issues, questions, strategies, tips, ideas – anything that will make the book useful.
